Corsum Consulting Projects

The following is a brief description of current and past projects.

Corsum Consulting led the corporate leadership team through a 2 month, 4 workshop "Value Building" process resulting in five specific Transformational Initiatives targeted specifically at creating long term enterprise value.

- Mid Market Communications Firm located in the Washington DC Metro Area

Corsum Consulting has led a number of projects with this firm to include the refinement of their business development process as well as the development of their whole service offerings and market segmentation strategy.

- Mid Sized Digital Design Firm located in the Mid Atlantic

As a long term client, Corsum Consulting has been at the strategy table since the inception of the firm. Corsum was instrumental in the development of their organizational structure, the creation and delivery of their Leadership Development program as well as educational seminars in finance, consulting and developing an Ownership Culture.

- Federal (Intel) Professional Services company located in Virginia

Corsum led this firm through their strategic planning process resulting in the development of Transformational Initiatives. In addition, the Corsum serves as a coach in support of their leadership development.

- Management Consulting firm located in Maryland

Corsum Consulting led the strategic planning process for the TechCenter@UMBC (UMBC's Business Incubator). In addition, Corsum serves on the Business Advisory Board for the Tech Center.

- University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC)

Corsum Consulting has lead a number of planning sessions to include their overall market strategy, their sales, business development and partner approach. In addition, Corsum led their Leadership Development Program.

- Software Product Company

Corsum Consulting served as a coach and facilitated intense and personal sessions to determine the future direction of the firm as well as the personal goals of the founder.
